Mentor Committee Chairperson (1+0)
Sofia Back
Sofia is a 3rd-year astrophysics student who is very energetic, friendly and approachable, while also naturally striving towards leadership positions. As she has been a part of FU before as well as a mentor, she is very familiar with the workings of the novisch period. Further, her experience from other positions, such as being chair of GLuFs 6m, gave her the necessary leadership experience.
We believe she has a very fresh view on the Mentor Committee, presenting a range of possible improvements that could bring the committee to a new level. We considered her previous experience to be a great asset towards the chairperson position.

Mentor Committee Members (9+0)
Seth Söderström
Seth is a 2nd year environmental science student who has an extremely open and welcoming personality and is easy to communicate with. He has been a mentor before and cares greatly about making the Novisch Period enjoyable and inclusive. In addition, he is a Vice in LUNA 6m as well as HMS in GNOMEs – busy, but ready to prioritise the Mentor Committee. He also holds A, B, and C alcohol certificates.
The Nomination committee considers him a great candidate for FU due to his experience both in LUNA and as a mentor, as well as his proactive personality and strong commitment to the role. He is also an environmental science student – a group that has been historically underrepresented in the Mentor Committee.

Robin Svegin
Robin is a second-year medical radiation physicist who is calm and solution-oriented.
His previous experience of being a mentor and chair of the sport committee give him good insights into the Novisch Period and LUNA as a whole. Furthermore, he would add to the committee with his experience as a handball coach and the related leadership and coordination skills, as well as being chairperson of Pub Rydbergs, giving him much experience in dealing with alcohol related issues. While being quite busy, Robin has shown dedication to this project and has freed up a lot of time for it.

Igor Fifka
Igor is a 2nd-year physics student who has a calm, collected, and reassuring presence, but is also very motivated and committed to making the new students feel welcomed. As he has been a mentor and actively participated in his own Novisch Period, he has clear opinions on both and knows what can be improved. Apart from that, he is also active in GLuFS’ 6m, where he has the vice-chair position.
The nomination committee believes that Igor’s experience as a mentor, as well as his composed personality will make him a great member of FU.

Victor Hallberg
Victor is a 3rd-year physics student with a jovial and friendly personality, dedicated to creating a welcoming and exciting environment for new students coming to Lund. Over the last years, he has accumulated a broad experience from different student organisations. From 3 years as HMS representative to Mentor Committee member, Victor gained lots of experience in organising events, dealing with crises and keeping situations under control.
The Nomination Committee believes that Victor’s experience (especially in FU) would be a great addition to this year’s Mentor Committee, representing an approachable person who could support both the novisches and the mentors.

Elias Fredriksson
Elias is a 3rd-year biology student, full of energy and excitement, and with a great dedication to the Union. Over his years as a student, he had a range of Luna positions, being very excited to help any natural science student. His experiences granted him great knowledge about organising events, but also in motivating people, both very important qualities for the Mentor Committee.
The Nomination Committee believes Elias could be a great addition to the Mentor Committee as his energy could motivate any novisch or mentor to join activities, creating an exciting and open environment in which people can enjoy their time.

Nea Johnsson
Nea is a 3rd-year medical radiation physicist who is energetic and outgoing.
She has been a FU-member before as well as a mentor and therefore has a lot of experience with the novisch period. She knows what worked and what didn’t. By being a General, she also brings many insights on how to handle situations and talk in front of large groups. With good points of improvement and a lot of experience from the previous Novisch Periods, she would be a great member of the Mentor Committee.

Otto Holmström
Otto is a second-year mathematics student who can keep the energy up with his extroverted and energetic attitude. He has shown in his previous commitment as LEMUR headmentor that he can help coordinate and manage the Novisch Period and take responsibility while still bringing the vibes. As well as that, he is the current chairperson of MUR and therefore can give perspectives that haven’t been heard in FU in a long time, as well as showing his involvement and dedication to LUNA.

Andrea Delic
Andrea is a 3rd-year physicist switching from astrophysics to medical radiation physics. She is an outgoing and kind person. She has been a mentor two times and is very familiar with how the novisch period works and has also been active in GLuFS. As a previous mentor, she not only seems to have a good understanding of the committee but also what might be good from the novisches point of view. She is very dedicated to the Novisch Period and truly wants what is best for the novisches. That is why we think she would add to the Mentor Committee.

Norea Unnerhed
Norea is a 1st-year Master student in biology, with a kind and calm personality, but also very excited about the Novisch Period. Norea has a vast LUNA experience from BUG Chairperson to mentor during the last two Novisch Periods, once as a head mentor, all of which have given her a broad experience in planning, cooperating and crisis management.
The Nomination Committee considers Norea to be a great candidate for the Mentor Committee, as her ability to keep situations under control and planning skills could represent a great benefit. Moreover, her LUNA experience represents a good addition for collaborating with other councils/committees while organising events.
