ATLAS 2026

ATLAS is the Faculty of Science’s annual career fair, bringing together students and organisations working across industry, research, the public sector, and innovation. On 5 March 2026, the Lund University Faculty of Science campusbecomes a meeting place where scientific skills meet real-world challenges and where you get to explore what comes next after your studies.

The fair takes place at the Math Annex (Sölvegatan 20B, Lund) and is open to all students at the Faculty of Science. ATLAS runs from 10:00 to 15:30, giving you plenty of time to explore, have conversations, and return to organisations you find especially interesting.

Throughout the day, you’ll have the opportunity to speak directly with employers about career paths, internships, summer jobs, thesis projects, and graduate roles. ATLAS is designed to be accessible whether you already know what you’re aiming for or whether you’re still figuring it out. Many organisations are as interested in potential and curiosity as they are in specific experience.

During ATLAS, we’ll also host a lunch seminar where a selection of participating organisations briefly present what they offer students - such as thesis projects, internships, part-time roles, summer opportunities, graduate programmes, and entry-level positions. It’s an efficient way to compare different pathways, hear what employers are actively looking for, and decide which stands you want to prioritise when you return to the fair floor.

Get ready: Career preparation seminars

To help you make the most of ATLAS, we offer career-focused seminars both before and after the fair.

On 24 February at 12:15, we host a LinkedIn seminar focused on how to use your profile strategically ahead of ATLAS. We all know LinkedIn matters but how do you actually make it work? With employers preparing for the fair, your profile becomes your digital handshake and business card. This session helps you make sure it represents you clearly and confidently.

On 10 March at 12:15, after ATLAS, we offer a CV seminar. Your CV isn’t just a list of experiences, it’s your story. This session focuses on how to refine your CV using insights gained from ATLAS, helping you translate conversations and inspiration into strong, targeted applications going forward.

Making the most of ATLAS

Before the fair, take some time to look through the catalogue of participating organisations and pick a few you want to visit, especially those that spark curiosity, even if the connection to your studies isn’t immediately obvious. Many career paths are interdisciplinary, and ATLAS is the perfect place to explore those connections.

During the fair, don’t worry about having perfect answers. Ask questions, listen, and focus on learning. Afterward, follow up with the people you spoke to, on LinkedIn or by email, while the conversations are still fresh.

ATLAS is a low-pressure, high-opportunity space to explore ideas, build confidence, and take meaningful steps toward your future. Whether you’re here to find a thesis project, your first job, or simply inspiration, ATLAS is for you.
